After a long hiatus, I’m bring back Astronaut Icecream as a platform to share my growing culinary expertise! 🙂
In the interrim, I’ve worked as a barista, climbed Mount Fuji, and finished my master’s degree. At least one of those things should figure! I anticipate we’ll be starting off with a handful of Mexican dishes and coffee drinks, but who knows where else we will go. Meat-free, for human and ecological health? Slow-cooked, for flavor and convenience? Sky is the limit! :>
