Oh wonderful coffee drinks!
Coffee drinks are the best. Since it’s really hot out, I’ve been brewing iced coffee like a madman. Really, I always put ice in my coffee, but that’s beside the point. To make my favorite icey caffinated beverage, an ice thai espresso, you combine 1 cup 2% milk, 2 shots of espresso, a dash of nondairy creamer, and about a quarter cup (a larger dash, to taste) of evaporated milk. Be extra sure to not use condensed milk! 🙂 Carnation is the evaporated stuff. The creamer and carnation give it just the right coffee shop consistency, while using espresso instead of coffee keep it from watering down.
Oh, and, serve over ice 😀
